Hey everybody this is the 1st post for my “Have it on Hand” section. This is where I’m going to post drinks that i think you should always have on/near you.

#1: Lambrusco Dell’emilia Bianco Dolce Le Grotte

This drink is just deliciousness on a budget. My first time having this was at my brother Dante’s beach house for labor day. I must say that at 10-11 in the morning this was the best drink i’ve ever tasted. I even managed to drink more then one glass and by the time it was 11:30am i was already feeling VERY warm and bubbly myself and proceeded to stumble my way into some fun games of beach volleyball.

Found at Trader Joes, this white Lambrusco is something that i always try to have around me because it’s cheap, light, and everybody likes drinking it. Oh and i don’t pass out after a glass. :D

He’s an expert when it comes to wine. I’ve literally seen him get a glass of a mystery wine. He sniffed it, took a sip, and then began to tell the wine experts in their own bar what it was, where it was from, what bottle, and then some. If you ever get a chance to witness someone do that then you’ll believe me when i say that i went OH SH*T! He’s legit.
